Garage Pre and Post Mold Picture in Trabuco Canyon, CA

This garage was affected by mold caused by a toilet supply line leak of an upstairs bathroom. SERVPRO of Laguna Hills/Laguna Niguel was onsite, to stabilize the situation and begin mold remediation. Mold can appear within 48 hours of water exposure. At this particular job, we came in a removed a lot of the drywall that had been affected by mold. We also do schedule a mold clearance testing, which will confirm if we have removed all of the mold.
