Toilet leak from upstairs bath in Laguna Hills, CA

This was one our big water losses we had, this loss was caused from a toilet leak upstairs. The water had damage some drywall and we ended up removing it. The flooring all over the living room had also began to bubble, and because of permanent damage it caused to the floor, we had to remove it as well. If we do have to demo anything we do take it very seriously to make sure the clean up is done to make sure your home is ready for repairs. The photo on the right is after the new drywall has been installed. Looks great!
